By using our rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
All rentals require a signed rental agreement before the trailer is released. You must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Full payment is required at time of booking. A security deposit will be held on your credit card and released upon the safe return of the equipment.
Cancellations must be made through your customer portal. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to your rental start date. Please contact us for details.
Equipment returned after the agreed return date may be subject to late fees. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental.
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the card on file. A pre-rental inspection is required to document the condition of the equipment.
